Running a Little Voices franchise is an opportunity to make a real difference to children in your local community and help them reach their full potential.
With schools under pressure to focus on the core subjects, music & drama are falling off the curriculum.
This means that more & more children and young people are missing out on all the many benefits to be gained from exploring their creativity through these subjects, so there’s never been a better time to invest in a performing arts business.
Why become a Little Voices franchisee?
The Little Voices franchise opportunity is a proven system that’s been honed over the years, with a vibrant support network that enables every franchisee to build a bright future for themselves.
As a Little Voices franchisee, you’ll also enjoy:
- flexible & part time working options – build your business around you & your work or family commitments. Choose whether to manage your business & teach, or employ tutors to teach for you.
- mid-week lessons – NO weekend classes
- the status of being recognised as an official LAMDA partner
Hi, I’m Jane James, and I’m the proud founder of Little Voices.
Doesn’t time fly! In 2007, when my daughter was just 3 months old, Little Voices was born. I’ve been on an incredible journey since then, and lots has happened – but in many ways, it feels like just yesterday.
Rewinding even further, I read Music at the University of Sheffield, trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and taught singing within a music department setting for many years.
I was also a peripatetic teacher, travelling from school to school, as well as teaching from home in the evenings.
But try as I might, I couldn’t see myself at the piano stool aged 85, still teaching singing from home.
As much as I loved the voice and hearing them develop, something was missing for me. My dream was to work with young people to enhance both their vocal skills and life skills within a unique framework.
And so Little Voices was the natural next step.
